I work with executives and leadership teams who want to keep pace with global innovation. Defining the North Star and developing a clear path to realize that vision — together with your team — is my promise. Pivoting business models, development processes, and organizational governance is mission critical.
Innovation is a broad field, and I don’t claim expertise in all of it. But in some areas, I’m happy to share my experience: automotive development, software-defined products, machinery, data, and the use of AI in industrial applications are among my focus areas. This is where I’ve been working with global OEMs and suppliers, tech companies, and regulatory bodies like VDA and European Commission.
I was managing director of P3, CEO Automotive of umlaut, today Managing Director and Global Lead of SW Defined Vehicle for Accenture.
More than 25 years of experience to draw on: scaling a startup consulting firm from 25 up to unicorn with 5,000+ people. Expanding internationally to more than 50 locations, founding spin-offs, pivoting business models, restructuring companies, navigating multiple local and global crises, acquiring companies, repositioning and rebranding, selling a company, and post-merger integration into a large corporate.
Lots of great success from scratch to unicorn, plenty of fails, and tons of lessons learned to share with you.
